No biometric collection
ALTORA does not receive or store your face, fingerprint, or device PIN. Your phone performs that check locally.
MEMBERS BackProve it’s you without giving us your face.
ALTORA’s phone check-in uses passkeys. Your device handles the biometric; the portal receives only a cryptographic confirmation.
Minimal account record
The portal stores an internal member reference, display name, a one-way email hash, passkey public credential, and check-in history.
Revocable and removable
You can opt out at any time. ALTORA can revoke the passkey and remove the associated portal credential.
A normal alternative
Phone check-in is optional. Tablet name search and staff-assisted check-in remain available.
Members under 18 are excluded from passkey enrollment during the pilot. Enrollment links expire after 48 hours and can be used once. Front-desk check-in codes expire after 90 seconds.
